How We Got Started
The Beginning - 2018
Look, it all started in a cramped single-bay shop off Commercial Drive. I'd been working at dealerships for years and got tired of the assembly-line approach to fixing cars. Every vehicle's got its own personality, y'know? Figured I could do better on my own terms. Started with just me, a scan tool, and way too much coffee.
Finding Our Groove - 2020
Word spread pretty quick once folks realized we weren't just parts-swappers. We actually dig into what's going on under the hood. Brought Marcus on board - guy's a wizard with European imports. Then Sarah joined up, and honestly, she's better with electrical gremlins than anyone I've met. Had to move to a bigger spot just to fit all the equipment we needed.
Leveling Up - 2022
Invested heavily in diagnostic tech - got ourselves proper factory-level scan tools for most makes. Started offering performance tuning 'cause customers kept asking. Not the sketchy kind either - proper dyno-tested, emissions-compliant stuff. Added two more techs and finally got that transmission specialist we'd been needing.
New Home - 2024
Moved to our current spot on Granville Street. Four full bays, proper waiting area where you won't freeze in winter, and enough space to keep expanding our diagnostic capabilities. We're not trying to be the biggest shop in Vancouver - just wanna be the place where people know their car's gonna get sorted out right.
Right Now - 2025
Running a tight crew of seven techs now. Everyone's got their specialty, but we all cross-train 'cause that's how you stay sharp. We've handled everything from vintage muscle cars to the latest EVs. Still doing what we started out to do - actually figuring out what's wrong instead of just throwing parts at problems.

Here's the thing - we're not gonna upsell you on stuff you don't need. If your brake pads have got 30% left, we'll tell you to keep an eye on 'em, not scare you into replacing them today.
Every car that comes in gets a proper scan first. Even if you're just here for an oil change, we're checking for codes and stored faults. Caught plenty of small issues before they became expensive ones that way.
We explain everything in plain language. No gatekeeping with technical jargon to make you feel dumb. You're trusting us with your ride - least we can do is tell you straight what's happening and why.
And yeah, we stand behind our work. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back. We'll make it right, no hassle.
